Welcome to Stemany! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Stemany mobile application ("App") available on the App Store. By using the App, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

License to Use

Stemany grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your device strictly for educational purposes. You may not distribute, modify, sublicense, or exploit the App in any unauthorized manner.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content and materials available in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio, videos, software, and other intellectual property, are the property of Stemany or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content from the App without the express written permission of Stemany.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the App in a way that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms. Specifically, you must not:

a. Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any part of it.

b. Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure.

c. Upload, post, transmit, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

d. Use the App for any commercial or unauthorised purpose.

Payment and Refunds

If you purchase the App, you agree to pay the specified fees as indicated on the App Store. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the App Store or other payment processors. Stemany is not responsible for any payment processing issues or refunds. Refund requests, if applicable, must be addressed to the App Store or the payment processor in accordance with their policies.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. Stemany makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's functionality, accuracy, reliability, or availability. Stemany disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stemany or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if Stemany has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to the App and Terms

Stemany reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Termination

Stemany may terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, deem harmful or disruptive.
